Guar is suitable for a wide range of applications across the food industry and exhibits good viscosifying and stabilising properties in a variety of products, either on its own or in a blend that can be formulated by Chemcolloids to suit a customers exact needs. In many cases guar is the most cost effective solution to food stabilising needs.
